Wilson Bethel’s Bullseye, who caused chaos throughout the first season, has been seen filming once more—ensuring that season two won’t be short on tension or violence.
The only confirmed newcomer thus far is Matthew Lillard, though his role remains under wraps. Meanwhile, a viral Instagram post of Krysten Ritter with Charlie Cox has stirred up heavy speculation that Jessica Jones may also make a return to the MCU fold.

Realizing he must raise an army, he retreats to regroup, while Frank Castle, ever the lone wolf, charges into battle and is quickly captured—though a post-credits scene shows he manages to escape.
Season 2, then, is poised to explore this brewing war between grassroots resistance led by Daredevil and the iron grip of Kingpin’s empire. Themes of rebellion, justice, and vengeance are front and center, and according to producer Sana Amanat, we can expect nonstop action and a grittier version of New York, unlike anything we’ve seen before.
She described a major action sequence with Kingpin that left her “fangirling all week.” Meanwhile, Ayelet Zurer promises the new season will be “even more exciting and crazy.”
As for a trailer? Don’t hold your breath just yet. While a sneak peek may be shown at San Diego Comic-Con or D23, the first public footage probably won’t arrive until early 2026, keeping with the first season’s timeline.
Now, what about those potential crossovers? While Daredevil did appear in Spider-Man: No Way Home, Kingpin’s future is murkier. Vincent D’Onofrio recently revealed that rights issues restrict his character to television for now, which means we likely won’t see Fisk in Spider-Man 4 or the MCU movies just yet.
Still, rumors swirl around Avengers: Doomsday and Secret Wars, with whispers of a multiversal clash akin to the Battleworld from Jonathan Hickman’s comics.
